72 h Design Sprint - Winning team

CLIENT

ARKET

SUMMARY

I took part in a 72 h sprint at Hyper Island together with H&M Group & ARKET. We were 27 team, consisting of around 150 people, and each team had 72 h to research, discover & define the problem space, ideate & prototype, develop & produce a solution and deliver & pitch a final concept.
In the end, my team and our solution for ARKET won the sprint and we got to visit their head office to present our idea.

How might we position ARKET as a sustainable and transparent brand in a relevant way?

GOALS

1.

Get: Our customers who lack information and inspiration

3.

By: Providing relevant information, in both digital and physical stores.

2.

To: Make good choices and see that we are a transparent and sustainable brand

THE 100 % COLLECTION

We believe that people are forgiving in nature and we also have strong beliefs that ARKET as a company are striving for a change. By putting the marketing focus on ARKET’s goals rather than where they currently are at, we believe that we are adding value to each individual customer; by letting them know that they are part of something bigger and are making a change for the future.

“Don’t be with us because we are 70 % sustainable, be with us because we strive to be 100 %”.

By putting together a 100 % sustainable collection consisting of the clothes that ARKET already have in their store we can take the first step to give customers an insight to what the future of ARKET might look like. Gathering every sustainable item together into one big taste of the future. In this way ARKET can give their customer the chance to be one step ahead. We focused mainly on the website but we believe that this is a campaign and collection that can go beyond that into physical advertisement, social media and such.
